Job summary

PepsiCo Ireland is seeking a Hazardous Materials Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee safe and compliant handling of hazardous and other goods. You will coordinate domestic and international shipping, manage inventory records, and lead a team to uphold Health, Safety and Environmental standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of IATA, ADR, and related regulations, plus hands-on leadership, process improvement, and audit readiness across warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in warehouse logistics with leadership experience handling hazardous materials.
• Deep knowledge of IATA, DOT hazardous materials shipping regulations.
• NFQ QQI Level 5 minimum.
• Experience with GMP and HACCP compliance.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations for hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Ensure compliance with hazardous materials regulations (IATA, DOT, ADR) and documentation.
• Coordinate inventory logging, storage, and movement; audits and inspections.
• Lead safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Manage budgets and vendor services related to storage, licenses, leases.
• Support R&D operations and facility initiatives as required.
