Job summary

HR Duo, Ltd. in Ireland is seeking an Industrial Hose Manufacturing Technician to join our hose production team.

You will be involved in the hands-on manufacture and assembly of large industrial hoses, working with rubber, textile and wire reinforcement materials to meet drawings and specifications. Full training is provided for this role, and you will participate in wet wrapping, reinforcement layering, quality checking and packing finished products for dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Build industrial rubber hoses to production specifications and drawings.
• Work with rubber, textile and wire reinforcement materials.
• Operate machinery and equipment as part of the hose manufacturing process.
• Carry out wet wrapping and build reinforcement layers.
• Check hoses during production to ensure quality standards.
• Prepare finished products for packing and dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work area.
