Job summary

3D Personnel is seeking a Finishing Foreman for a Wicklow-based project. You will oversee day-to-day operations from 1st fix to handover, report to Contracts/Site Manager, and work closely with site team members and sub-contractors.

The role requires 5 years as General/Finishing Foreman on large residential projects, excellent communication, and ability to meet tight schedules; time-served carpentry background preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years General Foreman / Finishing Foreman experience on large scale residential projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to work to strict schedules.
• Time served carpentry background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily and weekly programmes and issue details to sub-contractors.
• Attend weekly construction management meetings.
• Maintain site diary and record manpower for each sub-contractor.
• Compile labour allocation sheets and manage plant/equipment.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure high standards on site.
• Deal with health and safety issues on site.
• Motivate labourers and sub-contractors.
