Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Hall Porter to support guest services and maintain high standards of cleanliness across hotel areas. You will play a key role in welcoming guests, handling luggage and assisting with routine tasks in a busy hospitality environment.

The role focuses on teamwork, initiative and a warm, friendly approach when interacting with guests and colleagues. Training through our Dalata Academy is provided, and opportunities for internal advancement exist within the group.

Formación

• Experience working in hospitality.
• Ability to work on their initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team.
• A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests

Responsabilidades

• Assist with guest requests for luggage.
• Responsible for cleaning areas in the hotel, including lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant and bar floor, public and staff areas and the meeting room floor.
• Responsible for cleaning other areas as directed by the manager on duty and as per nightly checklist (e.g., set up of function rooms, breakfast area).
• Responsible for the front entrance and outside of the hotel and ensure it is always clean and tidy.
• Understand the hotel's fire procedures to ensure the safety of all staff and guests
