Job summary

PureGym Ltd. is recruiting a Gym Manager to lead one of its busy clubs.

You will drive performance by setting action plans, managing budgets, and ensuring safe, legal operations while delivering an outstanding member experience. Reporting to a Cluster Manager, you will build a high-performing team of Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches, recruit talent, develop careers, and strengthen standards across the club.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a gym or fitness environment.
• Passion for fitness and wellbeing and embodying the PureGym mantra.
• Strong people development and coaching skills.
• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Drive the gym's performance by setting action plans and ensuring safe, legal operations.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
• Establish and coach a high-performing team of Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches; recruit and develop talent.
• Deliver an excellent member experience through service and standards.
• Group Exercise: manage and improve GEX offerings within the gym.
• Report to the Cluster Manager and collaborate with other Gym Managers to raise performance.
