Job summary

PureGym is seeking a dynamic Gym Manager to lead a busy club in Ireland. You will drive performance, manage budgets and inventory, and coach a team of Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches to deliver outstanding member experiences.

Reporting into a Cluster Manager, you will collaborate with other Gym Managers to raise standards across the region and build a great place to work and workout for staff and members alike.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience and passion for fitness.
• L2 qualification in gym instructing and group exercise experience.
• Comfortable managing budgets, financial reporting and inventory.
• Driven to deliver excellent member experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive gym performance with action plans and safe practices.
• Foster a positive, motivating work environment.
• Recruit and develop Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches.
• Deliver excellent member experience and manage GEX offering.
