Job summary

The Address Citywest in Dublin is seeking a dedicated hotel housekeeping attendant to maintain bedrooms, public areas and linen to 4-star standards. You will clean assigned rooms and bathrooms using approved products, restock supplies, and help keep corridors tidy.

You will report maintenance issues, assist with guest requests, and follow the hotel’s safety and grooming policies. A positive, proactive attitude and teamwork are essential to deliver consistent guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel cleaning and guest room hygiene.
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• To ensure assigned rooms, bathrooms, corridor areas and public areas are cleaned to the standards.
• To ensure bed linen and towels are changed to the agreed schedule and standard.
• Maintain accommodation trolleys, caddies and storage presses tidy, cleaned and stocked.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor promptly and liaise about room moves or VIP guests.
• Communicate hotel services to guests and handle complaints courteously.
• Arrive for duty on time in full uniform and uphold high personal hygiene standards.
