Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Assistant at Maldron Hotel Dublin Airport in Dublin. You will join a friendly team and receive training through the Dalata Academy to grow your hospitality skills.

Expect mornings/evenings and weekends with flexible hours; previous hotel or high-volume experience is preferred and fluent English is essential for guest interactions and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings/evenings & weekends
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros experience would be preferable.
• Experience in a hotel is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations. Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Served guests with food and beverage.
