Sadler's Restaurant in Fethard, Ireland, is seeking a friendly, professional Waiting Staff/Restaurant Server to join our team on a 32-hour per week midweek basis. You will welcome guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages to high standards in a vibrant café/restaurant/bakery setting.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and look after guests throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to a high standard.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are presented beautifully at all times.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest requests professionally and with a positive attitude.
• Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties.
