Job summary

Center Parcs Longford Forest is seeking an Accommodation Standards Team Member to maintain and improve guest-focused standards, delivering a right-first-time experience for guests. You will perform Guest Ready Checks, log and resolve issues, and report faults to ensure high guest satisfaction.

The role offers part-time hours (Fridays and Mondays), a guaranteed minimum of 48 hours over 4 weeks, with additional hours as required.

Qualifications

• Sociably confident with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Motivational approach towards work and ability to work independently with accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of technology and systems used for reporting and checks.

Responsibilities

• Complete Guest Ready Checks to ensure accommodation meets standards.
• Log and resolve cleaning issues; escalate when needed.
• Report faults via fault reporting system.
• Meet targets for completed checks and guest satisfaction scores.
