Google in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a GSN Subsea Capacity Delivery Technical Program Manager to lead complex submarine infrastructure projects from planning through delivery. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of DWDM networks and SLTE equipment, reporting to executives on progress and risks.

• Experience with acceptance criteria for Subsea network, OSNR, GSNR, and channel plan creation.
• Experience with DCN requirements for SLTE equipment.

• Oversee submarine infrastructure delivery including budgets, timelines, and communications by collaborating with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders while applying technical acumen to solve complex delivery challenges.
• Create comprehensive strategies, policies, procedures, operational plans, and technical documentation for maintaining and operating submarine line terminal equipment (SLTE) and network infrastructure.
• Partner closely with Sales and Compliance organizations to ensure the seamless delivery of spectrum and FPs (Fiber Pairs) to both internal and external customers.
• Define and validate tooling requirements to support efficient channel plan management, network optimization, and deployment configurations.
• Support partner teams in managing submarine infrastructure maintenance agreements, vendor negotiations, and the ongoing operationalization of network equipment.

• Ability to work comfortably in an environment where professional acumen is needed to fill in the gaps and support the decision.
• Excellent attention to detail, written/verbal communication, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
