Autodesk in Ireland seeks a Growth-focused Software Engineer to join the Product Growth team working on Forma, our AI-powered architecture design product. You will drive adoption, engagement and monetisation by running rapid experiments, building MVP features, and collaborating with product, data, and design to move metrics.

You are an AI-aware generalist comfortable with unpolished, scrappy early tests, and you communicate clearly the why behind technical choices to non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience with data-driven development and A/B testing.
• Interest in conversion optimization and user journey analysis.
• Experience across modern frontend frameworks, large-scale systems, and cloud computing.
• Comfort using modern AI tools to accelerate workflow across engineering, product, and design tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth: design, build, and deploy experiments to improve adoption, engagement, and monetisation.
• Execute rapid experimentation: formulate hypotheses and run high-velocity A/B tests with MVP features.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work with Product, Design, Data Analysts and Marketing to identify growth bottlenecks.
• Make data-driven decisions: analyze results to uncover insights and inform next steps.
• Practice pragmatic engineering: balance speed and quality to validate concepts quickly.
• Leverage AI: use AI tools to accelerate workflow across engineering, product and design tasks.
