Job summary

GeistM, a global performance marketing company, is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager in Ireland. You will own strategy, execution, and performance for a portfolio of client accounts across paid social, native, and search.

You will mentor junior team members and collaborate with Creative and Content teams to drive measurable growth for clients. GeistM leverages its Ember AI platform to accelerate insights and experimentation, with a flexible hybrid work model including one in-office day per week.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of growth marketing experience across paid social, native, and search.
• Experience owning account strategy, budgets and performance outcomes.
• Prior experience mentoring junior team members.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of leading client conversations.
• Organized, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, execution, and performance for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Lead account strategy and delegate tasks across teams to maximize revenue.
• Pitch new networks, expansion initiatives, and test budgets for scale.
• Optimize funnel elements from creative to landing pages and conversions.
• Deliver reports and action plans for clients on a regular cadence.
• Lead client calls, build relationships, and manage launch plans.
