Job summary

NTT DATA Ireland is seeking an experienced operational leader to drive day-to-day middle and back-office activities, ensuring governance and data integrity across the sector. You will coordinate forecasts, manage invoicing and margins, and support revenue growth through disciplined process execution.

The role requires strong governance, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, delivery, and executive teams to deliver steady performance and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in operational leadership, business management, and financial oversight.
• Strong understanding of governance, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
• Ability to drive process improvements and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day middle and back-office operations to support sector goals.
• Lead governance implementation to monitor progress against the Sector Growth Plan.
• Oversee CRM data quality (Salesforce) and run weekly pipeline calls with client executives.
• Lead monthly sector P&L forecasting with finance and delivery teams.
• Manage invoicing accuracy, aged debt, and WIP clearance.
• Define and approve sales investments and non-billable activities for growth.
• Forecast and allocate resources including budget and equipment.
• Prepare monthly sector reports and escalate risks to sector leadership.
• Provide delegated sign-off for bids and business development when senior leadership is absent.
