Job summary

Yuno Energy is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our Dublin-based team. This hands-on role focuses on growth for the Yuno group with direct-response paid and organic campaigns across multiple channels, reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

You will drive performance metrics, optimize funnels, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to meet KPIs and ROI targets. This is a hybrid position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of digital marketing experience in a performance-led environment.
• Proven track record in direct-response campaigns and measurement.
• Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social and SEO/GEO to drive acquisition.
• Experience with GA4/GTM and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance-led digital marketing activities to meet KPIs for the Yuno group.
• Plan and execute campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta and TikTok with direct response focus.
• Drive organic growth via SEO/GEO and social channels to support acquisition.
• Analyse customer journeys and optimise funnels to improve conversion rates.
• Provide regular performance reporting to the Group Head of Marketing and stakeholders.
