Job summary

Nando's is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Cork to join our dynamic team. You will work alongside the Patrão to translate business strategy into results, maintain compliance and safety, and inspire the team to consistently deliver the famous PERi-PERi experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong commercial awareness including budgeting, forecasting and labour planning.
• Proven ability to drive sales and maintain high customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant management team in delivering excellent guest experience across Eat-in, Takeaway and Delivery.
• Partner with the Patrão to achieve GP targets and protect the bottom line.
• Ensure compliance, safety standards and operational excellence across shifts.
• Develop and nurture team members to reach their full potential and succession plans.
