Job summary

Nando's in Limerick, Ireland is seeking a General Manager who can run the restaurant like an owner. You will lead operations, drive sales, manage the P&L, and ensure safety and compliance while inspiring your team to deliver an exceptional PERi-PERi experience.

You’ll work with a motivated team from day one, follow a structured training plan, and have access to development programmes, a pension, discounts, and a supportive wellbeing platform as you grow with us.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as General Manager in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive profitability.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and sales to meet targets.
• Own P&L and budgets, controlling costs.
• Inspire and develop the team to perform at their best.
• Ensure compliance and safety standards across the site.
• Oversee customer journey from Eat-in to Delivery.
• Collaborate with MD/Area Manager for strategic direction.
