• Leading from the front and partnering with the Patrão to lead Nandocas, deliver results, and create an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to motivate, engage and inspire the team on every shift while delivering an Extra Hot customer experience.
• Use data, performance trends and commercial insight to drive sales, profitability and keep the restaurant performing at its best.
• People-first approach to hiring, development and culture to empower the team to be their best.
• Experience leading teams, running successful shifts and delivering strong operational and commercial performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to balance budgets, forecasting and labour.
