Job summary

Dwelly is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to drive Growth analytics for its residential lettings platform. You will own the analytical agenda with the commercial and product leads, turning raw data into decisions rather than servicing a queue of chart requests.

A thought-partner role: bring hypotheses, argue about priorities, say when a plan won't work, then build what settles it. This is a high-autonomy, fast-growing role in proptech.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and English fluency are essential.
• Senior data analytics experience in growth or DS roles.
• Proven ability to build data pipelines and write maintainable code.
• Comfort with ML concepts and LLMs in production.
• Experience pricing, underwriting or similar financial modeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth analytics agenda with commercial and product leads.
• Turn raw data into actionable insights and decisions.
• Build data pipelines from platform data, payments, and transcripts.
• Design experiments and evaluate outcomes to guide strategy.
• Partner with leadership to set priorities and measure impact.
