Job summary

Google's Partnerships Development team in Dublin seeks a Growth and Retention Consultant for Mobile Gaming and Apps. You will drive growth, retention, and monetization strategies for key Google products by leveraging product knowledge and partner relationships.

You'll analyze UX, run data-driven experiments, and lead cross-functional collaborations with product, marketing, and data science teams to maximize partner impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Experience in the mobile app and mobile gaming ecosystems.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting mobile app performance or platform data sets.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth UX analysis and customized consultations to high-profile Mobile Gaming App partners, leveraging user segmentation and A/B testing.
  • Conduct thorough data audits to pinpoint the UX and implementation factors that influence ARPDAU in App environments.
  • Build scalable, dynamic recommendation models for gaming user cohorts, targeting in-app purchases and ad revenue.
  • Produce industry-leading App insights for marketing initiatives and high-touch partner engagements.
  • Lead cross-functional client conversations with product, marketing, and data science teams, acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Deep understanding of UX principles and best practices specific to App environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.

  • Conduct thorough data audits to pinpoint the UX and implementation factors that have the greatest impact on growth and average revenue per daily active user (ARPDAU) in App environments.
  • Build scalable, dynamic recommendation models for gaming user cohorts, specifically targeting in-app purchases (IAP) and ad revenue.
  • Produce industry-leading App insights for marketing initiatives, events, and high-touch engagements with top partners.
  • Lead cross-functional client conversations with product, marketing, and data science teams, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor on App optimization.
