Job summary

Google's Growth and Retention team in Dublin seeks a Mid-level Growth and Retention Consultant for Mobile Gaming and Apps. You will partner with leading partners to design scalable growth strategies and mentor junior teammates.

Responsibilities include in-depth UX analysis, data audits to improve ARPDAU, building dynamic recommendation models for IAP and ads, and coordinating with product, marketing and data science to accelerate partner outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Experience in the mobile app and mobile gaming ecosystems.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting mobile app performance or platform data sets.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth UX analysis and customized consultations to high-profile Mobile Gaming App partners, leveraging user segmentation and A/B testing.
  • Conduct thorough data audits to pinpoint the UX and implementation factors that have the greatest impact on growth and ARPDAU in App environments.
  • Build scalable, dynamic recommendation models for gaming user cohorts, specifically targeting in-app purchases and ad revenue.
  • Produce industry-leading App insights for marketing initiatives, events, and high-touch engagements with top partners.
  • Lead cross-functional client conversations with product, marketing, and data science teams, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor on App optimization.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with Agentic AI, including the ability to design workflows that leverage AI agents for reasoning, planning, and task execution.
  • Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, user strategies, and monetization tactics for Mobile Apps.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles and best practices specific to App environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
