Morgan McKinley is assisting a well known Dublin-based importer and distributor to appoint an experienced Group Treasurer to lead Treasury for the Group. The Group Treasurer will report to the Group CFO, develop and implement treasury strategy, ensure liquidity, optimise banking arrangements and manage financial risks across the UK and Ireland.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a recognised professional accounting or treasury qualification and demonstrate a track record of relevant experience.
• Significant experience in a senior treasury, corporate finance, banking or related financial management role.
• Strong experience in cash and liquidity management, cash flow forecasting and funding arrangements.
• Experience managing banking relationships and negotiating financing facilities.
• Strong understanding of debt structures, interest costs, financial covenants and liquidity risk.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement the Group’s treasury strategy with the CFO.
• Oversee daily cash management and forecast cash flows weekly and monthly.
• Manage banking relationships; negotiate terms, pricing and service arrangements.
• Maintain the Group Treasury Policy and controls over accounts and treasury transactions.
• Collaborate with finance teams to evaluate capital expenditure and funding needs.
