Job summary

Our client, a well-known distribution business in Dublin, seeks an experienced Head of Treasury to lead the Group Treasury function across the UK and Ireland.

Reporting to the Group CFO, you will develop treasury strategy, manage liquidity, oversee banking relationships and ensure funding aligns with growth plans.

The role requires a professional accounting or treasury qualification and a track record in senior treasury, corporate finance or banking leadership.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised professional accounting or treasury qualification.
• Extensive senior treasury, corporate finance, or banking leadership experience.
• Strong cash and liquidity management and forecasting experience.
• Proven ability to manage banking relationships and financing facilities.
• Solid understanding of debt structures, covenants, and liquidity risk.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group's treasury strategy with the CFO.
• Oversee daily cash management and cash flow forecasting.
• Manage banking relationships and negotiate facilities.
• Maintain the Group Treasury Policy and controls.
• Support capex evaluations and funding for investments.
