An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced CSA Quality professional to join a Group-level function, supporting major Data Centre, Power & Renewables projects across Ireland and Europe.
This is not a traditional project-specific QA/QC role. The position provides independent quality assurance across multiple projects, working closely with project teams to ensure consistent CSA standards, identify risk, improve processes and drive a right-first-time approach to project delivery.

Travel: Approximately 50% European travel
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Key Skills:
- Conduct structured CSA quality audits across projects in Ireland and Europe.
- Audit compliance with Quality Plans, ITPs, inspection checklists and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Review CSA subcontractor scopes, quality requirements and supply-chain compliance.
- Review CSA pre-construction and design management processes to identify quality risks and gaps.
- Assess quality standards across site activities and off-site manufacturing facilities.
- Review completed ITPs and CSA checklists for accuracy, completeness and traceability.
- Support project teams with NCR management, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Analyse quality trends and recurring issues across multiple projects.
- Produce audit reports and monthly quality summaries, highlighting risks, actions and best practice.
- Coach CSA Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and site teams on quality processes and standards.
- Deliver toolbox talks, lessons learned and quality awareness sessions.
- Develop and improve CSA processes, checklists and quality procedures.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to drive continuous improvement and consistency across CSA delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction, Quality or a related discipline.
- Strong CSA construction experience.
- Previous experience working on Data Centre projects.
- Experience within Power, Renewables and associated civil works.
- Strong knowledge of ITPs, Quality Plans, QMS, inspections and NCR processes.
- Previous quality assurance, quality control or auditing experience.
- Strong understanding of contractor and subcontractor quality requirements.
- Ability to influence, coach and work effectively with project teams and senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to undertake approximately 50% travel across European projects.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification is advantageous.
- Experience with digital quality management/workflow systems such as Nintex is advantageous.
- Multi-site and European project experience is highly desirable.
