Job summary

Astrum Search partners with a global listed organisation to recruit a Group Internal Control Manager based in Dublin. The role leads and evolves the internal control framework, with emphasis on SOX, process improvement, automation and business transformation.

You will collaborate with finance and business leaders worldwide, support risk assessments, control testing and remediation, and drive transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Experience across internal controls, financial compliance or audit.
• SOX experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Astrum Search is partnering with a global listed organisation to recruit a Group Internal Control Manager based in Dublin.

This is a broad, high-profile role within a developing Group Internal Control function. You'll help evolve the control framework while leading and supporting projects across SOX, process improvement, automation and wider business transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the SOX programme across assigned regions
• Improving and standardising the internal control framework
• Partnering with finance and business leaders globally
• Supporting risk assessments, control testing and remediation
• Contributing to transformation and technology-change projects

We're looking for someone with experience across internal controls, financial compliance or audit. SOX experience is strongly preferred, alongside excellent stakeholder management skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

The role is based at the organisation's Group HQ in Dublin 3 x per week. Despite this being a global role, travel is limited.
