Job summary

Hanami International has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Controls Manager based in Dublin. This is a key global role with some international travel, focused on strengthening controls, advising on process improvements and supporting business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit, accounting and internal controls, with experience in an Internal Audit team and in manufacturing. 20% travel mainly to the US, and a proactive, hands-on approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong audit, accounting and internal controls background.
• Experience in an Internal Audit team with manufacturing exposure.
• SOX experience is advantageous, not testing.
• Willingness to travel ~20% (mainly to the US).

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal controls framework and SOX processes (not testing).
• Lead process improvement initiatives and provide business advisory support.
• Coordinate with global teams and manage international travel requirements.
