Wayflyer is seeking a graduate engineer to join our Dublin HQ in a hybrid setup. You will own features end-to-end, collaborating with product and design to shape solutions, write clean, well-tested code, and ship features to production, while improving existing systems.

You’ll engage in code reviews, document decisions, and push for quality improvements. This role offers growth into senior engineering paths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent experience in CS or software engineering.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience shipping features end-to-end in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from design to production.
• Write clean, testable code with unit and integration tests.
• Develop features that drive revenue and engagement while maintaining live systems.
• Participate in code reviews and document technical decisions.
