You will gain hands-on experience across Professional Indemnity and Construction, building analytical, advisory and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates joining the Early Careers Launch Development Programme.
• Exposure to Professional Indemnity (PI) and Construction markets.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and build advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist brokers in delivering high-quality client service.
• Support market submissions, renewal materials and placement documentation.
• Participate in insurer market meetings and renewals with the team.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with actuarial, finance and compliance teams.
