Job summary

Aon is seeking soon-to-be graduates to join its Early Careers Launch Development Programme as Brokers within Risk Capital - National & Speciality in Ireland. You do not need to be an expert on day one; the on-the-job learning will build broking skills and help clients understand risk and navigate insurance markets.

As a Broker, you will translate complex risk exposures into structured insurance programmes and serve as a credible intermediary between clients and insurers.

Qualifications

• Launch is a structured 10-month Early Career development programme.
• Develop broking and advisory skills on-the-job.
• Analytical, client-focused and communication skills encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Carry out premium and claims reporting and analysis.
• Assist with market submissions, renewal materials, policy documents and invoices.
• Support senior brokers with market meetings and project insurance placements.
• Coordinate renewal activity, including data collection and policy issuance.
