Job summary

Aon is launching its Risk Capital Graduate - Global programme in Ireland. This 10-month early-career development track lets you gain hands-on broking experience while supporting multinational clients and learning how risk, markets and strategy converge to advise clients and insurers.

You will develop analytics, communication and problem-solving skills, with structured mentoring, data-enabled insights and exposure to global teams. It is a pathway to a long-term broking and advisory career.

Qualifications

• No prior expertise required; on-the-job learning to build analytics, communication, problem-solving and client advisory skills.
• Ability to translate risk exposures into structured programmes and act as an intermediary between clients and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Build hands-on broking experience while supporting multinational client portfolios.
• Carry out premium and claims reporting and analysis.
• Develop insight into client risks across industries and validate information for placements.
• Prepare market submissions, renewal materials and client deliverables.
• Participate in insurer market meetings and support renewals.
• Liaise with clients, conduct discovery meetings and communicate clearly.
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, risk consultancy and other Aon teams.
• Review client and market materials for accuracy and quality.
