Job summary

Suir Engineering, a leading international Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation engineering solutions provider, invites applications for its 2027 Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying. The 18‑month programme includes hands‑on experience across major projects, mentoring, and exposure to multiple business areas.

Starting salary is €40,000 per year with benefits and opportunities for international assignments on European projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Quantity Surveyor with cost management on projects.
• Provide support to the Construction Team on all QS functions.
• Attend handover meetings.
• Follow up contract documents to ensure they are signed and acceptable.
• Follow up on required bonds to ensure issuance.
• Ensure insurance is in place for subcontractors.
• Schedule interim valuation dates for projects.
• Project cash flow projections for assigned projects.
