GE HealthCare Cork invites applications for a Graduate Capital Projects Support Associate. This role provides hands-on experience across projects administration, people support and project activities within a regulated GMP manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

Recently graduated in Business, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
Minimum 2.1 degree grade.
GMP Manufacturing experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support across project operations.
Assist with cross-functional activities supporting key project initiatives.
Assist with recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, onboarding).
Draft, prepare and distribute internal communications (emails, notices, agendas, newsletters).
Coordinate internal and external project events (supplier/contractor visits).
Prepare documentation with accuracy and approvals.
Raise purchase orders and follow procurement processes.
Respond to ad hoc queries to support Project Team at Cork site.
Collaborate within Project Teams and assist with investigations, NC and CAPA closure.
Adhere to onsite Safety and Quality procedures.
Ensure training is completed on time.
