Job summary

GE HealthCare Ireland Ltd. invites graduates to join as a Graduate Capital Projects Support Associate in Cork. The role offers hands-on exposure to project administration, people support, and regulated manufacturing workflows.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Business, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2.1 degree classification.
• GMP Manufacturing experience desirable.
• Experience working in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Strong academic performance and extracurricular achievement.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across project operations.
• Assist with cross-functional activities supporting key project initiatives.
• Assist with recruitment coordination activities such as interview scheduling and onboarding administration.
• Draft, prepare, and distribute internal communications (emails, notices, agendas, newsletters).
• Support coordination of internal and external project events (supplier/contractor visits).
• Prepare documentation ensuring accuracy and approvals.
• Raise purchase orders for project activities; work with internal systems and procurement processes.
• Respond to ad hoc queries to support the Project Team at the Cork site.
• Collaborate within Project Teams and contribute to investigations, NC and CAPA closure.
• Adhere to onsite Safety and Quality procedures.
• Ensure training is completed as allocated, on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
