BAM UK & Ireland is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor in Ireland to join our Early Careers programme. You will work on live projects, gaining exposure to cost planning, procurement and commercial management from day one.
With support from experienced mentors, you will study towards professional chartership and build confidence across the project lifecycle while contributing to landmark infrastructure across Ireland.

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful commercial delivery of some of Ireland's most exciting construction and infrastructure projects.
Working closely with commercial teams, project managers, site teams and subcontractors, you will gain experience across all stages of the project lifecycle, helping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and provide the best possible value.
You will gain practical experience in areas such as cost planning, procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, cost reporting, contract administration and commercial management, while building a strong understanding of construction processes and industry best practice.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your commercial awareness, strengthen your technical expertise and gain exposure to landmark projects across a variety of sectors.
