Glanua invites graduates to join a structured two-year development programme beginning September 2027. You will complete a 12-month rotation, followed by two six-month rotations across engineering, HR, sustainability, finance or health and safety, with potential international placement in Portugal or the UK.

You’ll work on live projects, gain office and site experience, and receive mentoring, training and career development support throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, or expected completion before the programme begins.
• Interest in water and wastewater industry and sustainable infrastructure.
• Strong communication, teamwork, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and flexibility to work across office, site and rotation locations.
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Participate fully in each rotation and support the delivery of departmental, project and operational objectives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business on live projects and day-to-day activities.
• Assist with research, analysis, reporting, record-keeping and process improvement within each function.
• Follow health, safety, environmental, quality, sustainability and organisational policies.
• Maintain development records and apply feedback to build professional capabilities.
