Responsibilities include organizing current-state processes, maintaining metadata, and preparing content for AI indexing while aligning with standard practices.

Qualifications

• Honours Bachelor Degree (Level 8) in engineering or science is essential.
• Graduated within the past two years or currently in the final year of university.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the initiative to contribute in a collaborative environment.
• Strong systems aptitude and an interest in developing technical skills, AI knowledge and experience is key.
• Interest in medical technology, manufacturing, product development or continuous improvement.
• IT business analytics and data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize current-state process documentation from deployment sites.
• Catalog procedures, work instructions, process maps and site-specific documentation.
• Compare processes across different sites against a standard.
• Create and maintain process metadata.
• Establish process relationships across repositories.
• Ensure process content follows approved standards.
• Prepare process content for AI indexing, searchability and agent development.
• Validate process descriptions generated by AI tools.
• Assist in training and testing AI process comparison capabilities.
