Boston Scientific is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Knowledge Operations Analyst for a defined-term 23-month placement in Clonmel, Ireland. You will create a knowledge library using Power Apps, organize content, and align it within the business hierarchy while developing technical and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.

You will work with partners to catalog knowledge items, apply metadata standards, and support AI-enabled search capabilities, with eligibility to work in

Qualifications

• Honours Bachelor Degree (Level 8) in engineering or science essential.
• Graduated within the past two years or final year of university.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with initiative to contribute.
• Strong systems aptitude and interest in developing technical skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive approach to learning and problem solving.
• Interest in medical technology, manufacturing, product development or continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge management, library science and data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge Management: identify and locate knowledge items for the library.
• Organize information, features, process maps and training materials.
• Establish relationships between knowledge items and the business hierarchy.
• Metadata & Taxonomy: apply classification and tagging standards.
• AI Enablement: support AI search optimization and knowledge governance processes.
