Job summary

Arup Ireland is seeking a Graduate Operations Consultant to join our team and help solve complex operational challenges across infrastructure and transport sectors. You will analyse data, prepare reports, dashboards and documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver operational solutions and improvements.

Applicants should have a NFQ Level 8 degree in relevant disciplines and be eligible to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or bachelor's degree (NFQ Level 8 or equivalent) in one of the listed disciplines.
• Candidates should have a keen interest in operations consulting and business improvement.
• Knowledge of governance, risk management and compliance principles is desirable.
• Experience with analytics, performance reporting and data-driven decisions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support governance, risk, compliance and business improvement projects.
• Analyse operational and performance data to identify opportunities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and project documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver operational solutions.
• Contribute to operational readiness, resilience and project management activities.
• Assist with data analysis and performance monitoring.
