Qualifications

• Undergraduate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Asset Management, Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering, Construction Management, Business/Commerce/Management, Project/Programme Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Built Environment disciplines.
• Full working rights in the country of application.
• No more than 12 months of full-time experience in a comparable role.
• Recently graduated or on track to graduate before employment starts.

Responsibilities

• Support development of facilities management and asset management strategies and operating models.
• Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement in asset and service performance.
• Assist clients in improving operational efficiency, service delivery and asset performance.
• Support contract management frameworks, performance monitoring and governance.
• Contribute to procurement strategies, tender documentation and supplier evaluation.
• Assist with project planning, client meetings and delivery of advisory assignments.
