Ethos in Dublin invites bright graduates to join our Engineering Studio as part of the Graduate Programme. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will rotate across groups, work on live client projects, and gain hands‑on experience in building services, HVAC, and energy infrastructure.

You will receive mentorship, structured training, and pathways toward chartership while developing technical and leadership skills in a collaborative, technology‑driven consultancy.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• Strong academic performance in relevant mechanical engineering coursework.
• Must be based in Ireland and able to attend our Dublin office at least three days per week under our hybrid model.
• Previous placement, internship, or project experience in building services is beneficial but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and analyse mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Rotate across groups within the Engineering Studio to gain multidisciplinary project exposure.
• Develop expertise in mechanical engineering principles and apply them to real-world challenges.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, reports, and project documentation.
• Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with CIBSE, ASHRAE, BS, IS, and EN standards.
• Gain field exposure through site visits, inspections, and troubleshooting activities.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable and energy-efficient building services solutions.
