Graduates with Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degrees will gain exposure to live projects, commercial operations, and technical delivery across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Collaborative team player with fresh ideas and a drive to contribute to built environment projects.
• Recent graduate or on-track to graduate with Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree, ready to join the Early Careers Graduate Programme.
• Geographic mobility across UK, Ireland and mainland Europe, with rotations outside home jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across a range of construction projects during the 27-month programme.
• Complete up to three rotations across the UK, Ireland and Europe, developing technical, commercial and leadership capabilities.
• Participate in the structured development plan and mentoring to progress toward professional chartership.
