Job summary

Aerogen Ltd. in Galway, Ireland, is seeking a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer to join the Mechanical Design Engineering team, supporting the design, development, verification and transfer to manufacturing of Aerogen's aerosol drug delivery products across Hospital, Homecare and Emergency Care applications.

You will produce 3D CAD models and 2D drawings in SolidWorks, apply Design for Manufacture and Design for Assembly principles, assist with DV testing, documentation and cross‑functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Experience with SolidWorks and design for manufacture/assembly preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, prototype and test medical devices.
• Create 3D CAD models and 2D drawings in SolidWorks.
• Support verification testing and data analysis.
• Assist with design transfer and manufacturing processes.
• Prepare documentation per QA system and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
