Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (Hons) in engineering or science is essential.
• Graduated within the past two years or currently in final year.
• Relevant work experience or completion of a co-op program.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Strong communication and teamwork, with collaborative mindset.
• Strong systems aptitude and interest in developing technical skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
• Interest in medical technology, manufacturing, product development or continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build quality into all aspects of your work, ensuring compliance with quality requirements.
• Assist in defining and implementing quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and resolve moderately complex exceptions to work assignments.
• Participate in new product and technology transfers to gain experience.
• Apply Six Sigma, statistics and Lean to investigate problems and improve quality.
• Familiarity with validation techniques and regulatory requirements, including customer feedback analysis.
• Understand and proactively support environmental management requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operations.
• Demonstrate best practices aligned with department and site objectives.
