Qualifications

• Honours Bachelor Degree (Level 8) in engineering or science is essential.
• Graduated within the past two years or currently in the final year.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the initiative to contribute.
• Interest in medical technology, manufacturing or continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with quality requirements.
• Assist in defining and implementing quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and resolve moderately complex exceptions to work assignments.
• Participate in new product and technology transfers to gain experience.
• Apply Six Sigma, statistical analysis and Lean principles to improve quality.
• Understand validation techniques and regulatory requirements, including customer feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operating needs.
• Demonstrate best practices aligned with department and site objectives.
