Job summary

Designer Group is seeking Graduate Electrical Engineers to join our growing teams, with multiple positions available for immediate start. You will gain hands-on experience across live projects, working alongside experienced engineers, project teams and site leadership.

The graduate programme is designed to support early-career professionals through practical project experience, mentoring, structured development and exposure to major engineering projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong interest in electrical building services and construction project delivery.
• Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting project teams with delivery of electrical services from planning through installation and commissioning.
• Assisting with technical reviews, drawings, specifications and submittals.
• Working with engineers, supervisors and site teams to ensure safe, efficient delivery.
• Supporting quality, safety and compliance across electrical works.
• Assisting with progress tracking, reporting and materials coordination.
• Developing knowledge of M&E contracting, construction sequencing and client expectations.
• Building understanding of electrical systems, site coordination and engineering best practice.
• Participating in training and continuous professional development.
