Qualifications

• Ideally a 2:1 Honours Degree / Expected 2:1.
• Level 8 or relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete technical submittals and operate a submittal system.
• Submit technical enquiries on Request for Information (RFI) system.
• Operate document control system for drawings.
• Develop material schedules and take‑offs from drawings.
• Track construction progress and update project schedule.
