Job summary

Our Client, a Kilkenny-based professional services firm, is seeking a Graduate Development Lead to join the Internal HR Team. You will support and shape the Graduate Programme and early-career talent function, working closely with the L&D Manager and Head of HR.

Ideal candidates will be HR, L&D or Talent professionals with a genuine interest in early-career development and a hands-on approach to programme delivery, onboarding, and stakeholder engagement across faculties and partners.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified with 2+ years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting graduate, intern or early-career programmes would be advantageous.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to engage Partners, People Managers and external university contacts.
• Professional services or qualification-driven environment experience desirable.
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
• Confident communicator and presenter.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• CIPD or HR/L&D qualification desirable.
• ATS and LMS experience advantageous.
• Self-motivated, organised and solution-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end graduate journey from recruitment through onboarding, development and qualification.
• Develop and improve graduate training and development programmes.
• Coordinate graduate induction, training and rotation programmes.
• Build relationships with universities and colleges.
• Manage career fairs, internships and placement programmes.
• Support managers with graduate performance and development.
• Mentor graduates and monitor progression, engagement and retention.
• Coordinate multiple cohorts, schedules and deadlines.
• Gather feedback and drive continuous programme improvements.
• Support graduate recruitment, onboarding and integration.
