Job summary

Northern Trust in Ireland is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support valuation oversight within our fund accounting team. The role includes reviewing fees, NAV calculations, and ensuring accuracy across internal and client reports.

You will collaborate with fund accounting, custody, and transfer agencies to verify reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and produce timely reporting for clients and management.

Responsibilities

  • Review of valuation oversight tasks including fee review and NAV calculation review.
  • Review of fund accounting cash reconciliations to custody.
  • Review significant transactions recorded on a fund and determine if inconsistent with the fund.
  • Review of the units in issue reconciliation performed by fund accounting against transfer agency records.
  • Review of fund accounting stock reconciliations to custody, prime broker or external valuation reports.
  • Ensuring reporting requirements for both Internal and external clients are produced as required.

Role/ Department:
  • The ability to work as part of a Team and Independently;
