Arup is seeking graduates in Ireland to join our water engineering team. You will work across the water cycle with utilities, governments, and project partners to support infrastructure design, flood mitigation, and water quality initiatives.
You will collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, develop technical outputs, and apply sustainable drainage concepts and hydraulic principles, using GIS tools such as ArcGIS. Recent grads with related degrees and strong communication are encouraged to apply.

We work across the entire water cycle, with utilities, local and regional governments, commercial water users and other partners. Our services include infrastructure design, asset management strategy, flood mitigation, sustainable water management, water strategies and research. We work on a wide range of projects in Ireland and internationally.
We employ a whole-systems approach, finding new ways to reduce water losses, improve water quality and strengthen supply. From designing and maintaining key water infrastructure to advising on natural catchments and flood defences, we help clients consider the long‑term economic, environmental and social dimensions of their proposals.
