Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering/construction.
• Full UK manual driving license.
• Genuine interest in civils/construction industry.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking surveys and setting-out on site.
• Preparation of drawings and calculations to ensure quality control and compliance.
• Monitoring construction progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Liaising with clients and carrying out site investigations.
• Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors and others to ensure work meets specifications.
• Liaising with quantity surveyors about materials pricing.
• Ensuring health and safety and sustainability policies are adhered to.
